During the Tour please Carry there Voter Card/ passport / Driving Licence / (Original + Xerox 04 Copy ) Minor has to carry a Birth Certificate. and with 04 pic Passport Size Colour Photo of each member. Aadhar & Pan Card Not Valid for issuing the permit in sikkim. Any verbal/telephonic conversation on any issue will not be treated as official confirmation / commitment in any manner unless a formal mail is sent to the guest/party. To confirm the package requires a compulsory email required from guests with all traveller Name, Age, Gender.The company shall not be responsible / liable in any manners for sightseeing missed due to guest personal cause/ bad weather / road blockage / uncertain calamities / riot / political disturbance / local issues. The charges for the same are non-refundable in any manner. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, guest's personal problems etc is to be borne by the guest on the spot in cash.No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. The vehicle shall be provided as per tour itinerary on point to point basis and not on disposal basis. So if you wish to have a car for your personal travel or local visit or anything beyond travel itinerary, in that case you have to hire a car by your own payment / risk / responsibility. Any changes in travel itinerary during the tour or any extra spots visited by the guest self influence or any third party influence, ( without our company official acknowledgement or approval ) the guest will be fully responsible and liable in all manners.

PAYMENT POLICY

For Indian tourist 50% Advance For Final Confirmation· Balance 50% on 15 days prior to the Travel / Arrival dates | For the foreign travellers 100% for the confirmation of the package.

CANCELLETION POLICY

cancellation charges apply on total package cost as follows. i) After booking 10% ii) 30 days prior to the Date of Travel: 20 % iii) 16-30 days prior to Date of Travel: 50 % of package cost as cancellation charge. iv) 7-15 days prior to Date of Travel: 75% v) 7 days prior or less then to Date of Travel: 100% [ Special case: only on the ground of serious direct medical issues of listed traveller and submitting details till prior 7 days, we issue credit note to adjust in future travel.
