Daywise itinerary
On arrival at Bagdogra airport / New Jalpaiguri Rly. Station you will be received and proceed for Phuentsholing, at an approximate distance of 165 km and 8 hours drive from NJP/IXB, Processing for Tourist Permit in Phuentsholing. Over Night Stay in Jaigaon / Phuentsholing.
After breakfast proceeds towards Thimphu via the wonderful mystic town Gedu, which is about 9000 ft above the sea and Chukha Dam. On the way visit KharbondiGumpha, Wankha waterfalls and halt at Chojum to take photographs of the confluence of two rivers of Bhutan, Thimphu Chu, and Paro Chu. Reach Thimphu at Afternoon & Check in Hotel. In Evening go For- TashiChoeDzong or the Fortress of the Glorious Region is another ‘must visit’ site. Situated on the west bank of Wang Chhuriver, Tashi Chhoe Dzong is the formal coronation site of the fifth King. The Dzong also hosts the annual Tsechu festival. Built-in 1641 by the political and religious unifier of Bhutan, Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal, it was reconstructed in the 1960s in traditional Bhutanese manner, without nails or architectural plans.

After breakfast, day is dedicated to sightseeing of Thimphu.You will see the following tourist sites in Thimphu include:-

Dinner and Overnight Stay at Thimphu hotel.
Morning: Depart from Thimphu towards Punakha. En route, visit the Dochula Pass and enjoy panoramic views of the Himalayas. Afternoon: Visit
1.Punakha Dzong :- One of the most beautiful dzongs in Bhutan, located at the confluence of the Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu rivers
2.Suspension Bridge :- This hidden treasure in the Punakha Valley connects the rest of the valley to the old administrative center of Punakha Dzongkhag. The whole deck is covered with prayer flags and provides a perfect spot for bird watching and photography.
Continue your journey to Paro. Check into your hotel and relax for the evening.
Dinner and Overnight Stay at Paro hotel.
After breakfast go for full day sight seen of Paro. You will see the following tourist sites in Paro include:-
• View of Taktshang Monastery,
• Nya-Mey Zam,
• Dungtse Lhankhang,
• National Museum of Bhutan
• Ringpung Dzong
• Paro Airport View
After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to Phuentsholing. On arrival, check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Phuentsholing.
